Hello! We are the Identity Project 2 (IP2) Team at the University of Potsdam: [Linda Juang](https://www.uni-potsdam.de/en/inklusion/diversityemphasis/juang), Sharleen Pevec-Zimmer, Zhihao Zhong, and Oktay Balci. In collaboration with the research team in Halle, the IP2 aims to develop a training programme to provide educators with tools to promote and affirm adolescents’ ethnic, racially, and culturally diverse identities in the classroom. In doing so, a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere is promoted. The team is currently working with multiple schools across Germany to evaluate the effectiveness of the IP2 project, with a focus on assessing its impact on students' sense of belonging and identity.
