Dr. Rivas-Drake and Dr. Umaña-Taylor won the 2019-2020 Eleanor Maccoby Book Award in Developmental Psychology from the American Psychological Association for their book, *Below the Surface: Talking with Teens about Race, Ethnicity, and Identity* (Rivas-Drake & Umaña-Taylor, 2019).
