Keshav Bhatt

Keshav recently completed his Master's in Human Development at Harvard with distinction, receiving the prestigious "Intellectual Contribution Award". Prior to this return to academia, he has a rich 12-year background in advancing psychological well-being and developing leadership across diverse global contexts — from refugee camps in Calais, to shelters in Botswana for teenage survivors of abuse to working with CEO's and executives at large multinational organisations. He is passionate about democratising knowledge and improving equity through education. In 2012, he founded Revolution Hive, a UK-based social enterprise that teaches marginalised youth essential life skills necessary to succeed in the 21st century (which are often not taught in mainstream curricula). Additionally, he often shares content about mental health, wellbeing and leadership online, building a following of over 74,000 subscribers on YouTube. At AERID, he is working as a research assistant gaining valuable experience and knowledge with the hopes of pursuing a Ph.D. in the future.
